That’s right, I said let’s talk water. How much do you think about water and it’s necessity in your life? If you’re like me, you probably don’t think about it very much at all. I built the first site for Vitalizerplus.net about 17 years ago and came back just 7 years ago. I didn’t really start thinking about water until I started working here again. I also do a considerable amount of research, as well as getting these pages up on the world wide web and keeping everything updated (which could be a life long challenge in itself – after all I am just one person). I have to think about water constantly, along with health issues, pollution issues, human issues, and planet wide issues. Then there’s search engine optimization issues and plug-in’s, marketing issues, store issues, etc., etc., etc..(but I digress).
We as custodians of this planet have done a great job of making the only place we have, unlivable, for more than just the animal kingdom. Even though some people are aware of this, the simple fact is, without clean fresh healthy water this planet ceases to live, which means we cease to live. Now I’m not talking about the difference of living versus surviving, like me and my New York pals used to say. I ‘m talking about, just flat out, existence.
To exist every living creature on this little blue planet requires clean fresh healthy water. Most modern societies are on closed systems where the water you drink, you expel, its routed to a treatment plant, and then returned through your kitchen tap where the process is repeated over and over again. We are effectively being used as the filters in this grand experiment and guess what, WE LEAK!! This is why studies are finding the entire pharmacological gambit in our water sources. What ever the body doesn’t use is expelled along with our refuse into the same cycle. In ten years we may find ourselves so critically over whelmed by this that we may not be able to function. But the pharmaceutical companies promise their prescriptions are benign once flushed through us–an issue that can be deemed refutable by simple tests.
In any case, we are reaching new heights in the dilemma of where to get fresh clean healthy water to drink. When water percolates up from the bowels of this planet and bubbles down streams, bouncing around rocks and banks, it is vibrant. The faster the better. But these types of springs are quickly becoming fewer and fewer. The immediate problem, as it relates to this issue, is we are getting fewer minerals and electrolytes in our water. Electrolytes and minerals that are also an essential requirement for life. We’re not getting them from anywhere else at this point because of over use of depleted land in our production of foods. If the land is depleted the food that comes from it is likewise depleted.
Every human being starts out it’s life with a body that is over 90% water by weight. By the time we are in our twenties we are around 70% water by weight. When we are sixty we are less then 55% water by weight. As we mature and gain age we become more and more dehydrated, much in the way a grape becomes a raisin as it dries out in the sun. If you drop even a small amount of water from your regular average you will become dehydrated. Dr. Batmanghelidj was one of the pioneers of the belief that water had curative powers and that we are all dehydrated. If you can pinch the back of your hand and the skin does not immediately fall back flat against the bone you are seriously dehydrated. Personally, today I could use some more hydration because for the last two days I’ve been drinking southern style sweet tea. It is one of my addictions and I hope to grow away from it over time. But the key issue here is how it has made me dehydrated. This is because tea has high quantities of caffeine in it and caffeine is a natural diuretic so it inevitably increases urination. Curiously enough, it also stimulates insulin secretion, which reduces serum glucose, which in turn increases hunger. So I guess I won’t be getting rid of this pudgy belly any time soon either. We all have to make changes to get the body we want to live with for the rest of our lives. I would strongly advise staying away from anything with caffeine in it if you are dieting. I usually drink about 64 to 96 ounces of water a day now, except on Sundays, because I don’t have access to the water of my choice on Sunday. For my weight I should be drinking at least 100 ounces a day. I like my water with a splash of lemon juice. To me it makes it even more palatable as opposed to tasteless and fresh lemon is actually alkalizing in the body unlike tea which is acidifying. Bet you never new that. It also appears that most doctors and health professionals will agree that acidity is the root of all evils. Things like cancer cannot exist in an alkaline body. It is impossible for toxins to exist in an alkaline body. No toxins no disease, no cancer, no problems. Except the natural depletion of water from our systems. I don’t know about you, but although I like raisins, I don’t want to be one. So how do we get water back into our bodies and what can we expect from it?
The first issue is what kind of water are we talking about. If we are talking about natural spring water, I’m all for it. But, springs that are safe for consumption these days are few and far between and usually on someones private property. So we turn to tap water. Tap water, although regulated to the extreme, does have issues as stated above. It is polluted and the ramifications as yet are not fully understood. But add to that chlorine or chorides and fluoride, and you have a toxic cocktail being distributed by local government, based on years of government manipulation by the steel industry, the dental society and others. Would you expect your Doctor to forcibly prescribe something you didn’t need based upon your neighbor’s weight and characteristics. That’s exactly what is happening here and its destroying even children’s teeth and crippling adults. It may also be the primary cause of osteoporosis. To make things worse, the fluoride that is being used is not even medical grade. It is literally industrial waste, which itself is polluted with heavy metals, arsenic and the likes thereof. We are only just now becoming aware of the issues associated with that cocktail. It has been proven that it does cause Alzheimer’ disease. Would I like Tap water? I think not. My teeth have already been destroyed by Dental fluorosis. You won’t catch me smiling about any of this. Or anything else these days.
Where do we turn to now? Bottled water? Bottled water has several immediate issues with it. First and foremost, it is under no regulation and in most cases is worse then Tap water. It is also almost exclusively packaged in those cute plastic bottles that are turning up everywhere, even in the oceans along with a good chunk of Japan. The oil industry manufactures those bottle’s by the billions and every one is leaching poisons into what ever is bottled in it. By the time we get our hands on it it is rife with everything except life. It is dead stagnant water. As a one time buried cable locator, I received training for entering manholes. Many are filled with stagnant dead water. They must be drained and have a constant flow of clean air before entering them, because stagnant water breads bacteria. But this was dead water at its finest. Dr. Walker talks of processed foods in much the same way. Saying that processed food because of the processing it goes through is completely lifeless. That our systems where not designed to ingest, lifeless, over processed food. Processing food causes it to lose most if not all of its beneficial value and become essentially refuse before entering the body. So were starving ourselves among other things by eating these un-foods that have little to no benefit except to put contaminated weight on us and make us constantly hungry for more.
OK, now that I have your attention what options exist. There are three primary options all are home based, by purchasing a device or devices. First you need a good filter system Or an on the counter distiller. I haven’t got a distiller just a good counter filter system. And lastly a Water ionizer. Now I know that the water ionizer industry will disagree but MJ Pangman wrote an extensive report on why we should not use a water ionizer and I have to agree with it. Also I won’t pay for an ionizer. Primarily because the function of it has already been refuted by its original creator but also because you can’t get one for under $999.95. And the sum of its parts is worth about $500.00 or less so there is like a 300% increase for profit being made on these things that might actually harm you in the long run. I’m sorry I don’t make enough to warrant that price based on ridiculous claims. And they(the retailers) never stop approaching you about it. If the creator of it says it offers little to no benefit why on earth would I want it. It’s mostly a marketing scam to begin with. It doesn’t filter the water it electrocutes it and changes the polarity of the molecules. Does that sound like something you would want to introduce to you body. Hey it may be great for cleaning counters but I personally want no part of it.
Alright, filter systems come in two varieties. Normal charcoal filters or combination filters, that work to a fairly good degree, and reverse osmosis filters which remove far more impurities but are far slower and have much more waste. Waste is water or sludge that does not make it to your glass. The ionizers also have waste because the process creates 2 diametrically apposed streams of water one acidic and one alkaline. For the time being I’ll stick to my ceramic filter system with charcoal. A distiller is also an ideal way to get pure water but it would be devoid of all minerals. Again, humans need some if only a few minerals for our systems to function properly. A top quality Organic Sea Salt can accomplish this with a distiller. Now, how do we get the life back into the water- Remember water likes to run fast down hills and around rocks creating vortexes and splashing. Lets face it. Healthy water likes to play. We see it moving in streams and rivers, lapping the banks, swishing around objects. Or, at the beach as it says hello by splashing us with waves. Water is the fluid of all life and all life absorbs it, through the skin and through ingestion. MJ Pangman covers that in great detail in her book “Dancing with Water“.
Suffice to say, here at work there is almost always a picture of water running in a Vitalizer Plus being oxidized, lightly mineralized, and gaining far infrared radiation along with light magnetization to simulate the life it would have had if it came from the spring I talked about long ago. This is finally healthy water that will sustain life. This is energetic water as proven by tests described at Vitalizerplus.net.
